CAMPUS MINISTRY CLUBS |
|
| What are Campus Ministry Clubs?
In partnering with para-church ministries, we help recruit volunteer leaders for the ministry and train these volunteers on what relational ministry looks like. Our prayer is that our leaders build real, honest, life long relationships with high school and middle school students. We pray that we earn their trust, their love, and the RIGHT to be HEARD. Volunteers put in countless hours at the school, at games, at the mall etc...simply loving on students and being there for them. They do this in the hopes that these kids will build life long relationships with not only themselves, but most importantly Jesus Christ.
While our focus is the relationships with the students, we also meet once a week for our campus ministry club. At club students sing songs, play games, watch leaders make fools of themselves, and have the opportunity to both hear about Christ and His love, but also see that love from their leaders. Our campus ministry club is open to everyone and anyone. And while we speak about love and Christ, our campus clubs are meant for those who know nothing of Him, or want nothing of Him. We are reaching out to, praying for, and loving on the lost.

Be a Volunteer Leader
Volunteers are the backbone of Segue Ministries and its Campus Outreach clubs. Nothing can be done without them. Volunteers love on high school and middle school students and build life long relationships with them. Volunteers are asked to commit to being a leader for a minimum of One year.
Parents
Join the Board. Join a group of adults who pray, communicate, and support Segue and its mininistry in the communities. A group of adults who are active in advising the staff and leaders and active in promoting and communicating the vision of Segue.
Be a Friend of Segue
Friends of Segue are a group of adults who support Segue's programs and its leaders, but maybe don’t have enough time to commit to being on the board.
Other Volunteer Opportunities
We can not reiterate enough how important the role of the volunteer leader is with our organization. We’re far more concerned with availability rather than ability. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and say, “count me in!”, we have several areas to volunteer with in order to take advantage of your willingness. Our volunteer areas are a wide array from one time opportunities to ongoing involvement, from preparing meals to driving kids to school and events. There’s always a place for you to join in what God is doing!
